Commercial Use of Property is Strictly Prohibited
Commercial renting or leasing of properties is strictly prohibited under the HOA CCRs. Fines can be assessed at $100 per day per violation. "No portion of a Lot shall be used for business, manufacturing or commercial purposes, nor shall any merchandise be kept or allowed to remain on a Lot for commercial purposes." (CCRs Article VIII, A., 3.). The HOA BOD will not enforce this restriction on home offices.
$1,700 Annual HOA Dues
$1,000 Transfer Fee
Homeowners pay an HOA dues of $1,700 per year. Invoices are emailed in January and are due by June 30th. Late fees will be assessed after that date.
New homeowners also pay a $1,000 transfer fee paid by the buyer plus a pro-rated amount of the annual dues. Contact our HOA Bookkeeper for details.
