Commercial Use of Property is Strickly Prohibited
Commercial renting or leasing of properties is strictly prohibited under the HOA CCRs. Fines can be assessed at $100 per day per violation. "No portion of a Lot shall be used for business, manufacturing or commercial purposes, nor shall any merchandise be kept or allowed to remain on a Lot for commercial purposes." (CCRs Article VIII, A., 3.). The HOA BOD will not enforce this restriction on home offices.
$1,700 Annual HOA Dues
Homeowners pay $1,700 a year in HOA dues paid annually. Invoices are mailed in January each year and are due in two installments by the end of the first and second quarters. New homeowners also pay a transfer fee of $1,000 plus are assessed a pro-rated amount of the annual dues. Contact our HOA Bookeeper for details.

New homeowners pay a $1,000 transerfer fee in additional to any outstanding homeowners association dues.
